A cold, delicate hand grabs yours and pulls. It pulls, and it pulls... there's a sense of urgency in this icy grasp, as well as a trace of reluctance. Abruptly the hand let's go, right as your vision fades to black, and for a brief moment, only a brief moment, your senses disappear. There's only the eerie sensation of weightlessness before your feet are settled back on solid ground again.

Not so bad. The nurse is kinda creepy, has anyone ever told you that?

Unlike Hail, True Heart doesn't have this 'aura' of negative energy. She doesn't seem as sad and hopeless, she seems... like there's life to her. It's hard to describe how a lineface is different from another, okay. But this one seems happy.

"Maybe. But she took care of you right?"

[ He nods. ]

She did.

[ Clue glances at True Heart thoughtfully. ]

You're happier than I was expecting. You're cute when you're happy.

[ He taps the watering can against his leg, but gently, so as to not spill it. ]

Well... we came here to help you. I'd like to see you like this more often, outside... So here I am. It seems like you'd be the best person to know what to do.

True Heart studies you calmly. She then pulls out a sewing needle and thread and works on reattaching Janta's limb.

"Thank you very much, Clue. I assume the heart is unsafe as it always is. I cannot go outside if Zwei is there to hurt me."

[ Thoughtfully: ]

I could kill her.

"I would not stop you."

[ His grin is decidedly bloodthirsty. ]

Well then, I know what I'm doing next.

"Be careful. If you die on her side of the heart, the nurse cannot help you."

Eventually she finishes up with Janta's limb. He waves it excitedly, and True Heart hugs him again. //////

[ Clue is still smiling that wreckless grin. ]

I've been wanting to kill her for ages, anyway. This will be my best shot at it. Can you point me in the right direction.

"She is underground. To access her, you must go to the trauma center. There is a trapdoor there. Or, you can go upstairs... there is a hole you can jump into that should lead you directly to her. But that is probably no safer than the underground passage."

Which way's quicker?

"...the hole. But that... is not safe. So take the underground route."

What's so unsafe about it?

"Where it takes you. It takes you to Zwei... but not in a way you'd imagine. Not a way I can imagine either."

[ He reaches over to ruffles True Heart's hair. ]

Well, one way or another, I'm going to take care of her. In the meantime, don't give up hope, okay?

"Eh? I have hope. I am fine..."

She clutches happiness tightly, who doesn't seem bothered by this.

[ He smiles at her briefly, less viciously this time and more genuine fondness. ]

Good. I hope you stay that way.

[ And with that, he leaves and is heading in the direction of the room with the hole in it. ]

Her expression is soft and gentle again. She waves you off.

To go to that hole in the floor means to go upstairs, and to take a left from the landing.

And it is there that you will stand before a large hole in the floor, with a long board placed over it. It obstructs you from getting to a room on the other side, but you're interested in this hole!

[ You're damned right I am. He considers the hole. Is there room for wing clearance? ]
