A cold, delicate hand grabs yours and pulls. It pulls, and it pulls... there's a sense of urgency in this icy grasp, as well as a trace of reluctance. Abruptly the hand let's go, right as your vision fades to black, and for a brief moment, only a brief moment, your senses disappear. There's only the eerie sensation of weightlessness before your feet are settled back on solid ground again.

[carefully places Janta beside them]

I'll try and clean up the blood. Let me know if you see or hear anything.

"Okay..."

Janta seems hesitant, but there's no more arguing.

"Understood. If I hear anything, I will tell you! I will use my ears."

Thank you.

[taking a towel out from inventory and starts cleaning up the blood]

Suddenly Janta cries out.

"—Selenia!"

[immediately standing, sword now in hand and looking around]

Behind you, at the foot of the gazebo, is a cloaked figure. She watches you calmly. She doesn't seem like an imminent threat, but Janta is alarmed regardless.

[hesitates a moment, then lowers his sword and grabs Janta, just in case]

...Zwei?

"Call me what you will."

The voice is cold and serious. Her expression, half concealed by the shadow of her hood, seems grim.

"Are you touching something that is not yours?"

...I am. I plan to repair it and return it to the owner.

"I'm not talking about the doll. That blood... did you really have to clean that up?"

That tone is annoyed.

...And why would cleaning it up be a problem?

"I wanted the trace of the murder left behind. It belongs in a place like this."

She begins to ascend the stairs of the gazebo.

Why does it belong? What is the point of keeping it?

"I wanted to leave the mark of my first kill. You will be my next."

She stands at the top of the small staircase. Despite her words, she isn't moving from that spot.

[...raising his sword again]

Who are you?

"I am the part of Hail that she deserves. I respect you, but you are still an obstacle, Selenia."

That doesn't answer my question.

Who are you? What part does Hail deserve?

"I am the better part of Hail. I am the part she deserves, and what she deserves is suffering."

Why? What has she done to deserve suffering?

...No. You have underestimated her worth.

She hasn't merely looked to the future with vain hopes and ideals. She has taken action to try and guarantee that future. With her own two hands, she has already improved our present world. She allowed the impossible to become possible.

Hail is not worthless, and don't you dare insult her by saying so again.

It's quiet. She's apprehensive.

Then she swishes a knife from her sleeve and charges the small distance, hoping to stab you in the side.

[brings his sword in front of him and tries to jump to the other side to avoid the strike...but that likely brings him up against the wall of the gazebo]

She twists herself around, thrusting the knife towards your throat this time—after all, your head is a bit out of reach...

[quickly attempts to dive out of the way, breathlessly wording off the words of a song...]
